We are thrilled to announce that Rinus Strydom has joined the FORT Robotics leadership team as our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Rinus joins us at a pivotal moment; as physical AI moves from experimental labs to large-scale industrial deployment, FORT is scaling to meet the global demand for safety and security in autonomous systems.

From Pioneering Tech to Global Standard

Rinus is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience leading global tech organizations through rapid expansion. With a career that includes leadership roles at SAP Ariba, Tradeshift, Particle, and Pactum AI, he specializes in solving a specific challenge: converting pioneering technology into a dominant global market position.

For our customers and partners, Rinus’s appointment represents FORT’s commitment to providing an enterprise-grade experience for customers to grow with FORT. As we expand across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, his focus will be on scaling the commercial and customer value infrastructure required to support repeatable and predictable growth.

Why now?

The shift to physical AI is no longer a future concept; it’s happening in real time. As a result, there’s a massive need to ensure that these systems are safe, secure, and reliable enough to be deployed at scale.

"Finding true product-market fit is the hardest hurdle for any tech company, and FORT has already cleared it,” says Strydom. “The industry is hungry for a standardized safety layer for autonomous machines. My goal is to ensure that as we scale to meet this demand, we remain a predictable, reliable partner for the OEMs, fleet operators, and ecosystem who depend on us.”

The Road Ahead

At FORT, we’re committed to providing the foundational layer of trust that will define the next generation of robotics and AI. Rinus will help us deepen our international presence and drive repeatable commercial operations, cementing FORT’s place as the safety standard for the world’s most advanced machines.
