FORT Robotics uses other companies, called sub-processors, to help operate FORT Manager, for example to host it. A sub-processor may process personal data that our customers entrust to us, such as the email addresses and roles of FORT Manager users. This page lists the sub-processors FORT currently uses.

Our use of sub-processors is governed by the FORT Robotics Data Processing Agreement (DPA). FORT binds every sub-processor to written data protection terms that are at least as protective as the DPA, and FORT remains responsible for their performance.

Get notified before changes take effect. FORT gives at least ten days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Notices go only to people who subscribe.

Sub-processors for FORT Manager

The Customer authorizes the following sub-processors, as listed in Schedule 3 of the Data Processing Agreement. FORT may continue to use these sub-processors and gives notice before adding or replacing one.

Service provider for fortrobotics.com

HubSpot, Inc. hosts the fortrobotics.com website. Personal data FORT collects through fortrobotics.com, such as contact forms, mailing-list subscriptions, and this sub-processor notification list, is processed by FORT as a Controller under the FORT Robotics Privacy Policy and is not Customer Personal Data. HubSpot processes that data on FORT's behalf under the HubSpot Data Processing Agreement. Because FORT acts as a Controller for website data, HubSpot is FORT's Processor for that data rather than a sub-processor of Customer Personal Data, and is listed here for transparency.

How changes work

  • Notice. Before FORT adds a new sub-processor or replaces an existing one, FORT emails everyone on the notification list at least ten days before the change takes effect, and updates this page.
  • Objections. If you object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds, email support@fortrobotics.com within the notice period. FORT and your organization will discuss the objection in good faith. If FORT cannot reasonably accommodate it, you may terminate the affected services by written notice, without penalty, and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the period after termination. See section 5.4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
  • Who should subscribe. Make sure the person who receives these notifications can act on them. The notice period only helps if it reaches your data protection contact rather than the engineer who set up your devices.
