Understand Your New Device

View your Product Manual for detailed information on your new device, including features, specifications, and how to integrate it. Start by creating an account on the support portal and download the manual for your device.


Register and Activate Your New Device

You must activate devices prior to use. You can activate through the FORT Manager Web App or APIs.

To get started using the FORT Manager Web App, follow these simple steps:

1. First, you’ll need an Account. FORT Manager is invite-only, so look for an email from FORT Robotics Team <team@fortrobotics.com>

      • If you don’t have an email, ask the person at your company who set up the FORT Manager account initially, your “FORT Manager Admin”
      • Don’t know your company’s FORT Manager Admin? Reach out to us at support@fortrobotics.com and we’ll get you sorted

2. Open FORT Manager and log in with your FORT Manager username and password.
3. From the Dashboard, select “DEVICES” 
4. Select “Add device”
5. Enter the Serial Number “SN” that is provided on the plate on your device EPC Plate


6. Enter desired information for this device to help you identify it in the field then select “Submit”
Your device is now active, and can be configured to communicate with other devices via the “Configuration Manager” with FORT Manager.

  • CLI Tool download to push configuration onto Pro Series devices and update firmware on Endpoint Controllers and Safe Remote Control Pro units
  • Endpoint Controller CAN Bus standard format files for CANopen and CAN J19139
