An email at least ten days before a new or replacement sub-processor takes effect, naming the company, its purpose, the data it will process, and where.
Nothing else. This list is used only for these notices, not for marketing.
Subscribe the right person. The notice period only helps if it reaches someone who can act on it, such as your data protection officer, privacy lead, or legal contact, rather than the engineer who set up your devices. You can subscribe more than one person from your organization.
If you object to a change
Email support@fortrobotics.com within the notice period, explaining your data protection concern. Your rights on objection, including the right to terminate the affected services without penalty, are set out in section 5.4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
